It’s time for one of the most loved festivals at Disneyland Resort, Lunar New Year! This festival marks the end of winter and the beginning of a long-awaited spring, and what better place to spend it than Disney California Adventure? From January 21 to February 13, 2022, Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure Park celebrates Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean cultures with food, entertainment, and more!
Join us in taking a look at what this year entails..

Decorations are back up along Paradise Gardens, Guests will have the chance to meet with popular Disney Characters such as Mickey, Minnie, and Tiger, Mulan, Mushu, and Three Little Pigs. Kid-friendly crafts and activities is another offering in this area.

Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon will also appear during the Lunar New Year celebration for the first time this year inside the Redwood Creek Challenge Trails.

What would be a festival without food? Sip and Savor Pass for Lunar New Year Marketplaces will be returning! We were able to catch a peek at some of the returning booths for this year.

Commemorative merchandise is also now available to guests visiting Disney California Adventure. Tiger art can be seen on the front display to celebrate year of the tiger.
