The celebration of The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary is underway, and EPCOT is the center of the Disney100 celebration at Walt Disney World

There’s a new platinum Mickey Mouse sculpture in World Celebration with Spaceship Earth in the background.

Guests can also check out the all-new mural at the heart of World Celebration to see how many of the 100 Disney characters you can find in the incredible scene. This expansive mural, which is located along the walkway to World Showcase, features some of your favorite characters hidden throughout the various neighborhoods of EPCOT.

The rest of World Celebration is also decked out in Disney100 platinum banners and décor.

You can meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their platinum best in the Imagination! pavilion. We also paid a visit to Figment in his nearby meet and greet location.

They won’t be the only ones sparkling in honor of the celebration. Spaceship Earth will light up each night with special colors and lights accompanied by the Disney100 anthem, a unique rendition of “When You Wish Upon a Star.”

On a related note, Annual Passholders can also acquire a new magnet at the Creations Shop. The new Passholder Magnet features Oswald the Lucky Rabbit!

Feeling hungry? You can sip and savor the tastes of the Disney100 celebration with limited-time food & beverage locations during both the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE and the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth!

The new food booths were inspired by the 100th celebration and include Wine & Wedge, Char & Chop, and Bubbles & Brine. We really loved the new menu items! Take a look at what they have to offer in the photos below.

Here’s a look at the items we got to try from these new outdoor kitchens.

Another Global Marketplace, Swirled Showcase, opened recently and guests go there to order a new Mickey-shaped Liquid Nitro Cake!

In terms of attractions, over in the Land Pavilion, guests can experience “Soarin’ Over California” for a limited time.

The film, which first debuted at the EPCOT back in 2005, was retired in 2016 for audiences to experience “Soarin’ Around the World.” During “Soarin’ Over California” guests strap and glide over places like Yosemite National Park, Lake Tahoe, the San Diego Harbor, Downtown Los Angeles and Disneyland.

In addition to the amazing views on the giant projection domes, guests also smell things like the pine forests and blossoming orange groves.

Annual Passholders can now explore the new Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana attraction at Epcot. The Passholder preview is only for a few days and the attraction’s grand opening is October 16th.

We had a great time and loved walking through the new area!

There’s certainly a lot to see and do! We know we’ll return to enjoy the Disney100 celebration at Epcot!
