From January 21 to February 13, 2022, Lunar New Year is taking place at Disney California Adventure. From food, to entertainment, guests are immersed into Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean cultures.

One of the unique offerings is Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession. This takes place throughout the day with specified times that can be found on the Disneyland App. Personally, this is one of our favorite shows and we loved the new additions this year. Join us in taking a look at Mulan’s beautiful celebration.

This year, a new float joins the family! Mulan, Mushu, and even Goofy ride along with three traditional drummers down the parade route.

The performers wear bright festive colors and while puppeting a dragon along the route.

You saw right, Tiger joined the party! Of course he had to come to celebrate Year of the Tiger.

More performers follow along in beautiful traditional gowns and sun umbrellas.

The drummers had such great energy and were a joy to watch. The colors still amaze us!

Everyone’s favorite made an appearance as well! It was nice seeing Goofy join along.
