How to Utilize the Magic Key Program
- Check the Magic Key Calendar to select the admission day that fits with the Key that you own.
- By signing into or creating your Disneyland account, you will be able to link your Magic Key by using the 18 number ID (that will be issued to you upon time of purchase) to link your Magic Key to your account.
- Select a date and theme park and reserve your admission.
- Review your date and park selection, then confirm.
Other Important Information
One important thing to remember, is that when making a reservation, you will still need to select which park you would like to start with if you are planning to park hop. Guests will be able to access their second-choice park after 1 p.m. and this will be subject to capacity.
In order to make accessing your Magic Key simple and easy, make sure you have the latest version of the Disneyland Mobile App downloaded to your smart device. Since you will already have your Magic Key linked, it will show up in the app and make entering the Disneyland or Disney California Adventure gates go smoothly.
It’s also important to recognize that having a Magic Key by itself will not grant you admission to the Disneyland Resort theme parks. Guests will need to have a valid Magic Key in addition to a confirmed reservation in order to visit the parks.
Monthly payment options will be available for California Residents. The California state resident will need to be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
For more information, visit the Disneyland website and don’t forget to grab your Magic Key when they are up for sale starting August 25!
We will definitely become Magic Keyholders! Which Magic Key will you be getting? Let us know in the comments!
