Here are all the things to do at Halloween Horror Nights, from haunted houses, scare zones and live entertainment, to rides, merchandise, and food and drinks. Remember to bring your squad, since screams are better shared.

Terror Tram is back and this year it’s taking you on a nightmarish trip through some Halloween traditions that are best left in the darkness. It all ends with a journey into the mind of Jordan Peele as you disembark and walk through the Jupiter’s Claim set from his thrilling new hit film, NOPE, populated by The Tethered from Us.

From cinematic greats and crazed cult favorites to the park’s original abominations, enter mind-ripping haunted houses inspired by the biggest names in horror. 

Killer Klowns From Outer Space

You’ll Be Screaming, But Not With Laughter. There’s nothing funny about these Killer Klowns who’re back to make gooey, out of this world snacks out of you and your scream squad. If ever there’s a reason people are afraid of clowns, this is it.

La Llorona: The Weeping Woman

When La Llorona Weeps, You’ll Scream. You and your scream squad remember the tale of the woman who drowned her children and then herself. Once a childhood fable, she’s back to terrify once again. This is no nightmare. This is La Llorona.

Scarecrow: The Reaping

Fear is About to Be Sown. At an abandoned Depression-era farm, vengeance takes root. The scarecrows are avenging the ravaged land. In this all-new haunted house, the only harvest that will be reaped is your scream squad.

Universal Horror Hotel

Welcome to the Hotel from Hell. A 1920s Hollywood hotel, once the hunting ground of its infamous serial killer owner, has been turned into a modern-day haunted hotel. Now he’s back from the dead. Your first stay will be your last.

“The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare”

The dark undercurrent behind The Weeknd’s enigmatic persona will permeate the all-new Halloween Horror Nights haunted houses on both coasts. With the eerie sounds of “After Hours” reverberating throughout the experience, guests will step into a surreal living nightmare filled with grotesque characters and themes inspired by The Weeknd’s music and short films. As they’re stalked by slashers, bandaged maniacs, gruesome toad-like creatures and other unfathomable horrors from the mind of the artist, guests will be challenged to survive the night while trapped within the terrifying, unexpected world of “The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare” – a place that only exists in The Weeknd’s vivid imagination and from which one may never escape.

The Horrors of Blumhouse

Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights features a double dose of terror inspired by the company regarded as the driving force in horror with “The Horrors of Blumhouse” haunted houses which bring to life Blumhouse’s upcoming supernatural thriller The Black Phone and horror-comedy Freaky.

“The Horrors of Blumhouse” will transport guests into an alternate dimension where the scares are real and the stakes are life or death. In The Black Phone, “The Grabber” is a demented magician best known for his sinister trick of making people disappear – permanently. Guests will find themselves trapped in his “fun” house where the sound of ghostly voices whisper hints on how to escape, but guests must tread carefully to outwit and outrun “The Grabber’s” twisted magic. Freaky will challenge guests to outrun serial killer “The Butcher” who has switched bodies with a high school girl after being cursed by The La Dola Dagger, an ancient Aztec blade. Guests will learn firsthand that looks can be deceiving as they encounter the sweet-looking teen who is actually “The Butcher” – and she is determined to hunt for their next victims.

Halloween House

On both coasts, this year’s harrowing experiences will transport guests to the infamous town of Haddonfield, Ill. On Halloween night, when Michael Myers first donned his notorious mask to embark on his brutal rampage. As guests make their way through his dilapidated home and iconic scenes from the movie, they’ll narrowly dodge attacks from the knife-wielding Myers as he stalks their every move. Myers is the embodiment of pure evil who unleashes terror at every turn, and guests will quickly realize that he will stop at nothing and no one to take his bloody revenge. 

Universal Monsters: Legends Collide

There’s going to be an epic battle this year at Halloween Horror Nights! Universal Pictures’ most notorious horror icons, The Wolf Man, Dracula and The Mummy, come together for the first time ever in the all-new “Universal Monsters: Legends Collide” haunted house. As part of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort, these infamous classic monsters invite guests to join them this September.

The Story

This experience will transport guests to the 19thcentury with the trio of monsters seeking one thing: The Amulet of Ra. The Wolf Man believes this ancient relic contains the power to finally lift his dreaded curse, while Dracula and The Mummy have nefarious plans to use it to bring humankind to its knees. With the full moon on the rise and a race against time, guests find themselves entangled in a bloodthirsty battle between the terrifying titans – and only one will survive.

Elevating the mayhem, GRAMMY® Award-winning musician, SLASH, returns to collaborate with Universal Studios Hollywood with an original composition for their haunted house.   

Scare Zones

What else is there to fear outside of the haunted houses? You’ll be just as scared on the Universal  Studios Hollywood theme park streets as scareactors stalk you through scare zones.
