Christopher Abbott, known for his nomination at the Golden Globe Awards and appearances in “Poor Things” and “It Comes at Night,” takes on the role of Blake, a husband and father in San Francisco. As Blake’s relationship with his high-powered wife, Charlotte (played by Emmy winner Julia Garner from “Ozark” and “Inventing Anna”), begins to unravel, he convinces her to escape the urban chaos and accompany him to the estate alongside their daughter, Ginger (portrayed by Matlida Firth from “Hullraisers” and “Coma”).

As the family nears the farmhouse under the veil of darkness, they come under assault by a mysterious creature. Frantically, they secure themselves inside the house while the beast lurks outside. As time passes, Blake’s behavior takes a bizarre turn, morphing into an unfamiliar entity. In the midst of this eerie night, Charlotte must confront a critical choice: is the threat lurking inside their house more perilous than the one outside?
